Recently, the president Xi Jinping issued an important directive on the development of advanced manufacturing, stressing the need to stay focused on intelligent, green, and integrated development; continuously scale up and strengthen advanced manufacturing; improve the level of self-reliance and controllability across industrial chains; accelerate the building of a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as its backbone; and consolidate and strengthen the foundation of the real economy, thereby providing strong support for advancing Chinese modernization. As a chemical manufacturing enterprise with an 85-year history, we deeply recognize the great significance of the president Xi’s important directive on the development of advanced manufacturing, which provides essential theoretical support and strategic guidance for our company’s future development.

First, we must pursue intelligent development. The president Xi has profoundly pointed out that the core of manufacturing lies in innovation—specifically, mastering key core technologies—which must be achieved through self-reliance and independent innovation. Innovation is the source of a company’s development and its driving force. Only by giving our products technological vitality can we enhance their competitiveness and irreplaceability, secure a foothold in our global expansion strategy, and create value for our customers through our growth. In recent years, Fuhau has, in cooperation with Xi’an Jiaotong University, established a postdoctoral innovation center for the joint R&D of high-end advanced chemicals. We have increased investment in technological research and development and built an R&D team composed of PhD holders, master’s degree holders from leading universities, and corporate engineers. This year alone, we have obtained four invention patents, including one overseas invention patent. In market competition, our products have replaced those of a well-known overseas manufacturer and are now sold in the United States, the European Union, Mexico, and Southeast Asia.

Second, we must pursue green development. Green development is the defining feature of high-quality growth. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the president Xi has emphasized the need to “build green manufacturing and service systems, and Increase the proportion of green and low-carbon industries in the overall economic output,” as well as to “accelerate the formation of an industrial structure characterized by high technological content, low resource consumption, and minimal environmental pollution, and substantially improve the green level of economic development.” Fuhua has consistently upheld the three bottom lines of environmental protection, safety, and quality. Environmental protection is the foundation of production and operations. We have earnestly implemented the concept of sustainable development, strictly followed all relevant national environmental policies, and continuously increased investment in environmental protection facilities. We have established a wastewater recycling system, an energy cascade utilization system, and an industrial water recirculating cooling system. We have always adhered to a green development path featuring zero discharge of industrial wastewater, ultra-low emissions of exhaust gas far below national standards, and comprehensive utilization of industrial waste residue in building materials, and we are committed to building a green factory and pursuing sustainable development.

Finally, we must pursue integrated development. Integrated development means breaking down industry barriers, promoting technological convergence across different fields, and cultivating more new business formats, new models, and new growth drivers. The president Xi has profoundly emphasized that high-quality development in manufacturing must be placed in a more prominent position, and that strong measures should be taken to advance the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern services, and to unswervingly build China into a manufacturing powerhouse. In recent years, while focusing on product development, we have actively provided high-quality products, technical collaboration, and business services to customers at home and abroad as well as to related industries. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Fuhua Trading Co., Ltd, Shaanxi Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. has, while advancing overseas market expansion, carried out publicity through multiple channels, including overseas websites, domestic websites, WeChat official accounts, and offline exhibitions. According to our exhibition plan, we will recently participate as an exhibitor in the 31st China International Coatings Exhibition and Surface Treatment Exhibition (CHINACOAT) in 2026, as well as the European Coatings Show (ECS) in Germany in 2027, demonstrating the strength of Chinese manufacturing and national brands. In today’s globalized world, we will strive to contribute our own strength to Chinese manufacturing.

As sweet osmanthus fills the air and orchards are laden with fruit, spring’s blossoms and autumn’s harvest come together under the full moon. On this Mid-Autumn Festival, I would like to extend my sincere holiday greetings and heartfelt thanks to all employees and on-duty personnel who remain at their posts during the holiday, as well as to the departments at all levels, friends from all sectors, and partners who have consistently cared about and supported the development of Fuhua. I wish everyone:

A joyful holiday and peace, health, and prosperity!

May the flowers bloom beautifully, the moon shine full, and families reunite; may all things go smoothly and every home be filled with joy!
